Fenelon Falls Limo Service

DG Transportation is pleased to be of service to both residents and business in Fenelon Falls. Nicknamed “Jewel of the Kawarthas,” it has a population of 2,500 residents, which swells in the summer due to tourism and holiday cottages. Fenelon Falls is home to lock 34 on the Trent-Severn Waterway between Sturgeon Lake and Cameron Lake. It is primarily a tourist town and therefor is most active during the summer season.

The eponymous falls are hidden from plain view, because the main road crosses over the river just upstream; however, the falls are easily viewed from a nearby restaurant or from a path on the north bend of the Fenelon River. The falls power a hydro-electric dam, which diverts some of the water flow.

Since 1985, DG Transportation has been Fenelon Falls most trusted luxury transportation provider. As a family-owned and locally operated business, we’ve built our reputation on delivering exceptional service that reflects the hospitality and charm of the Kawartha’s. Whether you’re a local celebrating a special occasion or a visitor exploring our beautiful town, we treat every client like family.

Choosing the Right Limo Service

Choose the right limo service by matching the vehicle size and features to your specific event while verifying company licensing, insurance, and transparent pricing.

• Define Your Occasion & Vehicle: Match the vehicle type to your event. Use luxury sedans (2–3 passengers) or SUVs for airport transfers and corporate travel, stretch limousines for weddings, and party buses for large groups or proms. Ensure you check comfortable passenger capacity rather than just legal maximum capacity.
• Verify Licensing and Safety: Ensure the company employs properly licensed, insured, and vetted professional chauffeurs. Vehicles should undergo regular safety inspections and maintenance.
• Understand Pricing Structure: Request clear, upfront quotes. Confirm whether the rates are hourly or flat-fee, and ask if taxes, gratuities, airport fees, and waiting time charges are included to avoid hidden costs.
• Check Reviews and Reputation: Look for dependable customer feedback regarding punctuality, vehicle cleanliness, and chauffeur professionalism. Local companies with strong knowledge of area traffic patterns and airport routes are ideal.
• Book in Advance: Reserve vehicles early. Peak events like weddings often require booking 6 to 12 months ahead, while standard rentals or airport services should be secured a few weeks prior.

All of the above items will help you choose the right service for you on your special day.
